Core Program
Through powerful tools such as mindfulness techniques, stress reduction skills, and movement that is customized to your fitness level and body size, you’ll learn to practice self-care in your daily life for sustainable success in improving your health and well-being long after you leave our retreat.
Young Women's track
Designed for young women between 17 and 25 years old, our Young Women’s Track includes all the benefits of our weekly holistic health-focused retreat, which includes immersion in eating, fitness and self-care. Our classes will help you move past old way of thinking – with tools designed to support you on your journey to end eating and weight struggles.
Fitness Adventure Track
Our expert fitness instructors will lead you through the development of your own HIIT workout (High-Intensity Interval Training). Guided hikes will take you to peaks with breathtaking scenery. Exploration outings to local lakes for stand up paddleboarding and kayaking will feed your soul. Highflying zip lines and ropes courses will have you soaring through the trees. All this in the heart of the Green Mountains.
Binge & emotional eating
Our innovative philosophy sets the stage for a judgment-free setting where our compassionate eating behavior specialists are dedicated to helping you find the roots of your food struggles and how to move past them. You’ll find support in a community of other women just like you, as you laugh, cry, commiserate and celebrate.
